The shampoo bottle problem A shock in the shower I feel I may know how it works. You can use various materials to produce the same effect as the shampoo bottle. I'm going to pass on one of J.R.R.Searls secrets. I hope John or Rodger Burley on the energy21 list don't mind to much.
Here is a simple experiment that you can do at home to convince yourself that Searls technology has more credibility than what it is given at the moment... In general: why is it that society is so quick to judge an tear down people an ideas that don't fit the norm ? The following is available from one of Searls lecture videos. Sorry I don't have that video...
Place the nylon collar(gate) on a 200-300Kv Vandegraff generator for around 10-30 mins or more depending on the material. The polymer chosen should take on an extra electron into the plastic material, which should stay their indefinite. This is similar technology used in integrated circuit or semi conductor manufacturing.
Using a pair of plastic tongs remove the nylon off the generator and sleeve it back over the magnet. Place the aluminium back over the nylon gate.
You may have to place the whole unit back on the Vandegraff generator to recharge the nylon gate if it gets discarded ? Remove the assembled magnet off the generator with a pair of plastic tongs. Place the object on an insulated surface.
Touch one probe of a multimeter in the center most section of the magnet and the other probe to the outer aluminum surface.
You should get a voltage spike of anywhere from 1-50 volts coming off the magnetic device at periodic continuous intervals. The period is governed by the thickness of the nylon control gate. The switching EM current in this device is caused by the earths natural magnet resonance or what ever frequency is more predominant in the local vicinity,ie EM or mains sperry.
As the local sperry causes EM oscillations in the NIB magnetic layer material, it builds an accumulated voltage that is controlled and blocked from surface exit by the gate(nylon semiconductor ). The accumulated electron voltage then builds up in the NIB magnet outer layer an is then avalanched through the control gate (nylon/teflon), which gives off a voltage spike at the aluminum surface.
This is one half of the Searl SEG knowledge, read on further for more details. (See attached NIBmagnet2.gif schematic.)
You may have to find the correct nylon to use. Apparently nylon66 is not the same as when Searl used it in the sixties. Some house whole plastics and fiberglass resins may work as well. You may have to play with different substances by charging them on the Vandegraff generator to see which gives the best effect.
If you follow through with the experiment you have just built a large version of a diode semiconductor. This is but one section of the J.R.R.Searl SEG technology. Searls devices are just a larger versions of diode or semi-conductor technology.
The device was very rushed and crude. I wrapped tupperware (food grade) plastic around the magnet which left a join that made the gate leak. I had to place the unit in a larger plastic container to get it insulated to hold the voltage charge but it worked just the same.
S.E.G In General: Searl technology uses 2 pairs of forces (4 in all) working at right angles to each other. A 4 phase motor so to speak. Searl uses a static voltage+ pulsing magnetic field that is 180 deg out of phase with another pair of static voltage+ pulsing magnetic field.
If I have followed Searls work correctly the forces go electrical 0, magnetic 90deg, electrical 180, magnetic 270 deg.
The fields do not cancel because they are phase shifted. The Emf potential is spent through the gate before the second phase pair. I believe the electrical potential rise in state is leading independent of the primary magnetic field raise. The secondary magnetic force from the electrical potential is independent of the primary magnetic field from the magnetic layer material of the SEG.
The secondary field from the static potential could play a part in the forward motion of the roller, I'm not sure. The 2 pairs of forces working together produces a lifting force, plus a repulsion (forward)force at right angles to the lift.
This 2 pair force work is staring right back at you if you study natural mathematical law through the Law of the Squares.
You must have a balance to imbalance system to produce motion or energy. If you build a proper SEG device, you need to imprint the primary magnetic field into the magnetic layer domain with 6 tesla DC+AC field at the frequency of the plate from which you designed the SEG; using the correct mathematical square law.
The AC sets up the ramped constant oscillating magnetic force in the reservoir and magnet layer domains that causes the accumulated electrons to increase in voltage an avalanche across the gate.
Put two pieces of similar materials ie. a plate an a roller together printed at the same frequency, and the smaller of the devices will lift an be pushed at right angles around the plate at each continuous pulse.
Place a load across the SEG device an the system improves exponentially. The lanthanide domain(neodymium) in the center of the SEG plate and roller is the electron reservoir material, not the magnetic domain.
The magnetic(iron) domain is the next layer followed by the control gate(nylon) then the roller retention layer (aluminum).
If people where following most of what I have post on the energy21 list they should be putting most of the pieces together. No body else is going to do if for us people... I guess every one (me too) is waiting for the perfect, group or company to drop a fully working alternative energy device (or plans) on their doorstep for absolutely no effort what so ever.
I'm afraid I can't see that happening. Disregard any dribble you have heard about Searl or any alternative energy pioneers for that matter.
There is a tad of disinformation that is passed around the internet. Just because your favorite list buddy, who was told by his list buddy who was informed by his favorite list buddy, who said the person or device was rubbish; go and delve into the subject truth for yourself.
Look through the garbage and make your own face value judgement; not the judgement of hear say friends on the internet. Hear say list buddies are a dime a dozen...
They ensure that a figurative group negative mindset about a person or idea is perpetrated with out just cause in most cases... No indoctrinated scientist can claim expertise in disproving any over unity field of research except those experts who are doing the over unity themselves.
If you haven't worked it out yet: the most slanderous noise is produced about those people who have the most to offer for real.
If a person or a group has nothing real to offer then there is generally no noise or fuss made about it; the idea, person or subject is usually forgotten very quickly...
So by all means head toward the noisy crowd but stay away to the side where you can listen for the truth in the speech for yourself. Then sneak quietly home and do the work for yourself...

250Kv Vandegraff generator.... I have yet to finish them. Well in truth I
haven't found the motivation to finish them...
